What if my home isn’t cleaned the way I want it?

We guarantee you’ll be completely satisfied with the cleaning service we’ll provide for your home.  If not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours of completing the job and we’ll do a reclean within 24 hours, at no extra cost to you.

What happens if my regular cleaner is sick or on holiday?

Your scheduled appointment will not be missed and will be always covered, even if your regular cleaners are sick or unavailable. We will endeavour to provide the same cleaner every time to gain trust and confidence in our service.

What if you break something in my home? Are you properly insured?

All staff at Crystal Deep Cleaning Company are fully covered by the company’s comprehensive Public liability insurance policy. Any damage done to your home will be restored in no time at all.

Have confidence in the fact that every Crystal Deep Cleaning team member entering your home is covered by our comprehensive insurance policies.

Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?

We will recommend that you are. You may want to be there during the cleaning process so that you are 100% comfortable with us cleaning your home.

How long will it take to clean my home?

This can vary slightly depending upon the amount of soil, how much furniture needs to be moved, speciality spotting procedures, and setup time. Based on the services you require we will give you an exact time frame during the initial home visit when we assess the requirements prior to the clean. Once we have given you the time we will ensure your deadline is met.

How soon can I walk on the carpet?

Try to keep pets, children, and heavy traffic off the carpet during the drying process. Wait 24 hours before proceeding to normal traffic use as some carpets may feel slightly damp for up to 18 hours depending on the carpet and soil conditions. This is normal and will not cause any problems.

When do I pay for my services?

You have a few options here. Please read below for different payment methods.

Payment Methods

We accept most methods of payment, including:

  1. Cash – Please just pay the correct amount to the cleaner and they will give you an invoice and receipt for the job.

  2. Cheque – To pay by Cheque, please make the cheque out to “Crystal Deep Cleaning Company Ltd”, and either give it to your cleaner, or Pay by BACs Transfer as Written below.

  3. BACS Transfer – To pay by BACS Transfer, please give us a ring or send us an email at and we will be happy to give you the account number and sort code. Also, please make sure to include your Customer Number in the reference for the payment

  4. Standing Order – To pay by Standing Order, please give us a ring or send us an email at and we will be happy to help you setup the correct amount and frequency of payment. Also, please make sure to include your Customer Number in the reference for the payment.

What happens if I want to cancel my appointment or move it to another day?

That can be easily arranged. Simply give us a call or send us an email and we’ll happily reschedule your appointment to the next available date. If you wish to cancel your appointment we will provide you with a full refund, no questions asked. The only thing we ask is to give us 24 hours cancellation notice. This just helps us with scheduling other clients. If 24 hours notice is not given, you’ll incur 25% of the estimated cost.

Can I be sure that the products you use won’t expose my family to any health risks?

We use two kinds of  products. We use Ecofriendly products as well as the usual commercial cleaning products. If you would like us to use ecofriendly products in your premises, please indicate that when you contact us to place an order so that it can be arranged. The costs for this service are more than the costs for using the usual commercial products, purely because ecofriendly commercial deep cleaning products are very expensive but worth it if you have allergy needs. Green cleaning products are sourced from natural ingredients and are free from harsh chemicals that cause allergy symptoms. For pricing concerning the different costs, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

I have pets at home, do I need to let you know beforehand?

You can let us know how many pets you have, and we can fit our cleaning around their presence. In most cases, your pets won’t be a distraction and your service will be carried out as normal.

Do I need to prepare my home beforehand?

We recommend that you tidy any personal belongings or important documents prior to the visit. Anything that you think could be a potential obstacle we recommend you tidy it before we commence cleaning to save time and duration of cleaning.
