• Remove junk mail, unwanted magazines and newspapers etc left in common areas
• Sweep all areas around the car park and bin refuse areas
• Sweep, mop and polish all hard floor areas
We have a more detailed specification that we follow to ensure all areas that need cleaning are cleaned thoroughly throughout the day.

Our Building Maintenance Service covers areas in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Aldridge, Cannock, Dudley, Sandwell, Oldbury, Wednesbury, Willenhall, Derby and most of the West Midlands.
We can provide these services on a daily or weekly basis for the length of the contract depending on what you need.
